On Friday, February 12, 2010 the Winter Olympics kicked off in Vancouver, Can. Though the games started with the devastating and shocking death of Nodar Kumaritashvili, a Georgian Luger, athletes all over the world are pressing forward and making their countries proud.

Sixty-four couples (including my parents and cousins) either renewed their vows or became newlyweds at the top of Loveland Ski Resort last Sunday, February 14, 2010. The 19th annual “Mountaintop Matrimonial” was a hit, followed by a reception at main lodge; Sunday was a powder day to boot!
